Odeon Management Structure - anyone know?

Is it me or does Odeon make it really difficult to know who is in charge.  I have no idea who the CEO is or any of the high up management.  I dont even know how to contact HR. 

Is there an Odeon Corporate site that enlightens to any of this?  Or does anyone know who the head guy is?

CEO is Rupert Gavin
Chief Operating Officer is Roger Harris
HR Manager is Mike Stevens
Sound and Projection Manager is Mike Bradbury

All of this information, including contact numbers, email addresses and the like are available on the Lotus Notes database.
So are all the Sound & Projection documents, weekly bulletins, emails etc.
Good luck getting a turn on the one computer in every cinema licensed to use this software!
